AUIDF Mentoring 2019

For the 2019 AUIDF Mentoring activity – Heidi Piper (Griffith), Rishen Shekhar (UniSA) and Joanna Stori (UNSW) formed a working group to review the documentation, call for participants and match mentees with suitable mentors.

MENTORS

The AUIDF requested participation from the group of International Directors, Deputy/Associate Directors who attend AUIDF meetings, and past Directors. Throughout the year it is anticipated that mentors and mentees will 'meet' approximately bi-monthly, therefore it is expected that mentors commit for a minimum of about 5 - 8 hours throughout the year to help develop and support the next generation of international education leaders.

MENTEES

Prospective mentees include Directors and Deputy Directors as well as staff with management responsibility who will benefit from the mentoring relationship.
